How do I choose the right skin care product for my skin?
At Rêdiant we offer products that are specially developed for different skin types. It is important to determine whether your skin is dry, oily, sensitive or combination. On our website you will find useful product information and advice for every skin type. Do you have specific questions? Feel free to contact our customer service for personal advice.
Can you return Rêdiant products?
Yes, you can return your Rêdiant products within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unopened and in their original condition. Please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on the returns process.
Are Rêdiant products suitable for sensitive skin types?
Yes, our products are dermatologically tested and specially formulated with ingredients that are gentle on the skin. We always recommend doing a patch test before using a new product, especially if you have sensitive skin. If you have any doubts, contact us for specific recommendations.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
In most cases it is not possible to change or cancel an order, because our automated system starts processing immediately. Don't worry: you can always return your order within 30 days.
I have not received a confirmation, what now?
First check your spam or junk mail folder. Is there nothing there either? Then wait 24 hours. If you still haven't received a confirmation after that, please contact our customer service via the contact form at the bottom of the page.
Shipping and delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary per order and are calculated based on weight and order price. For orders over €49,- you always pay free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, so delivery may take longer if there is a weekend in between.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace via SMS or email from the postal company.
Returns and exchanges
How do I return a product?

Are there any costs associated with a return?
If the error is on our side, returns are free. In other cases, the return costs are for the customer. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy .
When will I get my money back?
Once we have approved your return and it meets all the conditions, the refund process will start. This usually takes up to 7 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. All payments in our webshop are securely processed by Mollie Payments, a reliable and trusted payment provider.
I accidentally paid twice, what now?
This almost never happens, but if it does, please contact us. Our team will investigate and make sure you get the overpaid amount back as soon as possible. We will contact you as soon as the refund process has started.

Are your products sustainable?
Yes, our products are sustainable. The packaging is 88% recyclable and contains at least 95% natural ingredients.
Where are the products made?
Our products are all produced in Europe. They are vegan, so without animal suffering, and meet all European standards and tests.
